Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 05, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 05, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on April 05, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of March 29, 2004. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider approval of the 2004 Seal Coat and Level-Up Program
2. Consider authorizing the county engineer to advertise for bids for approximately 3250 tons of hot mix overlay on various roads.
   
   

3. Personnel. 
   

4. Consider Resolution recognizing James T. Russell, Assistant District Attorney and Administrative Assistant to the District Attorney, upon his retirement following over 30 years of service to Bell County.  
   
   

5. Consider Proclamation declaring April as Fair Housing Month in Bell County.
   

6. Claims. 
   

7. Executive session on personnel issues.
