Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 12, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 12, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on April 12, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of April 5, 2004. 

2. County Engineer.
   

3. Personnel. 
   

4. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for Request for Qualifications for a Design/Build Firm for renovations in the Tax Assessor's Office at 411 E. Central, renovations of a document storage facility at 120 N. Penelope, and an interior finishing of a wing at the Bell County Communications Center.  All locations are in Belton.
