Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 19, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 19, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 19, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of April 12, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for Bakke Subdivision, a Two-Lot, 10
Acre Subdivision fronting on Primrose Trail, in the E.T.J. of the City of
Little River-Academy.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for T.G. Russell Subdivision, a
Four-Lot, 3.72 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple,
fronting onto Cen-Tex Sportsman Club Road.
Personnel.
Consider Proclamation Recognizing County Government Week
of April 18-24 and introduction of visiting guests.
Consider Proclamation Designating April 18-24, 2004 as
National Volunteer Week in Bell County and receipt of symbolic check from
Texas Cooperative Extension representing hours donated by volunteers in
Bell County.
Consider Report on Weapons of Mass Destruction
County-Wide Exercise April 13-14.
