Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 10, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 10, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on May 10, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of May 3, 2004. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider awarding bid for the hot mix overlay of various county roads.  
2. Consider final approval of the plat for Heritage Subdivision, a 103.53 Acre, 53-Lot Subdivision off of East Amity Road.
