Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 17, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 17, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 17, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of May 10, 2004.
Consider approval of Proclamation recognizing and
welcoming Rotary Group Study Exchange team from India with team members of
K. Madhu Prasad, Team Leader, Kiran Prasad Rajanhally, and Meena Leela
Mallesh.
County Engineer.
- Consider abandonment of the utility and drainage easements common to
Lots 330, 331, and 332, Tanglewood Subdivision.
- Consider approval of an interlocal agreement with Williamson County for
the use of their CMI RS 425B Road Recycler.
Personnel.
Consider approval of authorizing County Auditor to
advertise for request for proposals for health insurance.
Consider approval of results of Bell County Auction held
on April 24, 2004.
Claims.
Executive session on personnel matters.
