Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 28, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 28, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on June 28, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of June 1, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 21, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for Ditzler Subdivision, a One-Lot,
0.649 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple, off of Gun
Club Road.
- Consider preliminary approval of the Plat for Indian Ridge at Messer
Ranch, a 37.053 Acre, 21-Lot Development off of Paddy Hamilton Road.
Personnel.
Consider approval of County Indigent Health Care Program
(CIHCP) Fraud Policy, Appeal Policy, Fraud Hearing Officer & Panel
members, and Fair Hearing Officer & Panel members.
Consider approval of Texas Narcotics Information System
User Agreement between the Texas Department of Public Safety and Central
Texas Narcotics Task Force, with Bell County as the Designated Official
for multiple jurisdictions participating in the Task Force.
Consider approval of selection of Construction Manager
for District Courts/Annex Project.
