Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 06, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 06, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 06, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of June 28, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider final approval of the Plat for Hoelscher Estates, Phase II, a 15-Lot, 91.745 acre development off of North Elm Loop Road. 
2. Consider final approval of Gaskill's Folly Addition, a 3-Lot Subdivision off of Stirrup Lane, Chaparral West, Phase 3. 
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval and acceptance of FY 04-05 Criminal Justice Division grant award for Central Texas Narcotics Task Force.
