Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 12, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 12, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 12, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of July 6, 2004.

2. County Engineer.
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval and acceptance of 2004 Texas State Homeland Security Program grant for $420,306.00 to upgrade existing communications system from analog to digital to effectively communicate with Fort Hood and Copperas Cove who are installing new digital 800 MHZ trunking system.   

5. Claims.
