Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 19, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 19, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 19, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of July 12, 2004.
County Engineer.
Personnel.
Consider approval of Resolution Regarding Publication of
Notice for Public Hearing for Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. for
the purpose of complying with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
Consider approval and acceptance of FY 2004 Texas
Engineering Extension Service Citizen Corps Program Sub-Recipient Award
grant for $20,000.00 out of State Homeland Security Grant Program.
Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding or
Interlocal Agreement with Bell County Cooperative for Exceptional Children
regarding destruction of confidential records and documents.
Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement with Kerr
County concerning the conducting of hearings for Bell County patients at
Kerrville State Hospital.
