Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 02, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 02, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on August 02, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of July 26, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider extending contract for striping of county roads for an
additional one year period in accordance with the original contract and
specifications.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for Sam Neil Lane, Phase II, a
Six-Lot, 28.42 Acre Development off of Sam Neil Lane, a privately
maintained road.
Personnel.
Consider audit report on proceeds of Criminal Asset
Forfeitures of Central Texas Narcotics Task Force.
Consider appointments to the Board of Trustees of
Central Counties MHMR Center.
Consider proposal to participate in Conference of Urban
Counties Common Integrated Justice System Project (CIJS) Phase III.
