Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 16, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 16, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on August 16, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of August 9, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider approval of the Final Plat for Hull Subdivision, a One-Lot, 1.984 Acre Subdivision off of Pecan School Road.   
2. Consider releasing Maintenance Bond No. 103869397, Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. of America, in the amount of $135,640.00, from Shallowford Construction for the road and drainage improvements in Hidden Springs Phase 2. 
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider awarding bids for FY05 health and dental insurance. 

5. Claims.
