Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 07, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., September 07, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on September 07, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of August 27 & 30, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

3. Personnel.

4. Receive status report on repairs at District Courts Building following elevator fire on August 27, 2004 and consider approval of appropriate actions. 

5. Consider approval of Cooperative Working Agreement with McLennan County and Coryell County regarding Radio Interoperable Communication Grant from the Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Governor. 

6. Consider approval of Memorandums of Understanding with Lone Star Legal Aid (Belton Office) for Parent Advocacy Program and Bell County Protective Orders for FY 2005.
