Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 04, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 04, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on October 04, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of September 27, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider Final Approval of the plat for Shiloh Terrace, Phase II, a
27-Lot, 15.8 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for three
motor graders and one, one-ton service truck for the sign crew.
- Consider authorizing the payment of up to $36,000 from Precinct 3 funds
for the encasement of a Koch Industries pipeline on the Stallion Road
improvement project.
Personnel.
Consider status of Order implementing Burn Ban.
Consider presentation by Bell County 4-H Ambassadors.
Consider update report from County Judge &
Commissioners Committee on People with Disabilities.
Consider ratification/approval of EXPO Center Facility
Contract between Bell County EXPO, Inc. and Central Texas Junior Hockey,
LLC.
Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding between
Bell County and Lone Star Legal Aid continuing agreement for Lone Star
Legal Aid to provide Juvenile Court Magistrate services as called upon by
the Juvenile Court.
Consider approval of budget request proposal from Family
Outreach of Bell County and agreement on services to be provided.
Consider approval of Order Amending a Current
Variable-Rate Plan ADCR: (Subchapter H, Chapter 844) for 2005 for Texas
County & District Retirement System.
