Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 12, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 12, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on October 12, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of September 27 and October 4, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

3. Personnel.

4. Consider update report from County Judge & Commissioners Committee on People with Disabilities. 

5. Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Bell County and the Board of Trustees of the Killeen Independent School District regarding educational services at the Bell County Juvenile Detention Center. 

6. Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Bell County and the Boards of Trustees of the School Districts of Killeen, Temple, Belton, Troy, Rogers, Holland, Bartlett, Salado, Academy, and Florence regarding the Bell County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program (JJAEP).  

7. Consider approval of Resolutions, Designations, Policies, Procedures, and Appointments in support of 2004 Texas Community Development Program Grant for water system improvements in the Heidenheimer Community through Bell County WCID #5. 

8. Consider awarding Pharmacy Benefit Management Services bid for Bell County Human Services for the County Indigent Health Care Program and the Bell County Jail Inmate Program. 

9. Consider awarding bid for the Transporting of Bodies for Autopsies and First Call Services.  

10. Receive report on results of Bell County fall supplemental county auction.

11. Authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids for patrol vehicles for the Sheriff's Office.
