Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 18, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 18, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on October 18, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of October 12, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

1. Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following Traffic Control Devices:
   
   1.  Install STOP sign on Ivy Road at Willow Grove Road; 
   2.  Install 30 MPH speed limit on Hidden Springs Dr., Trails End, Cheyenne Pass, Mission Trail, East
        Creek View and Long Meadows, all in Hidden Springs Subdivision;
   3.  Install the following speed limits on Crows Ranch Road:
       (a)    50 MPH - F.M. 2484 to 0.2 miles south;
       (b)    50 MPH - Cedar Valley Road to 0.2 miles north;
       (c)    55 MPH - remainder of Crows Ranch Road.
   
   
2. Consider final approval of the Plat for Erwin & North Addition, a 2-Lot Subdivision on Meadow Land, a non-County maintained road, west of Onion Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen.
   
   
3. Consider final approval of the Plat for McLeans Crossing Phase Five, a 2-Lot Subdivision on F.M. 2670 just west of Hwy. 195, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen. 
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider awarding Pharmacy Benefit Management Services bid for Bell County Human Services for the County Indigent Health Care Program.

5. Authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids for WCID #5 Texas Community Development Program water system improvement project. 

6. Consider approval of Regional Auto Theft Enforcement Task Force Interlocal Assistance Agreement.   

7. Authorize County Clerk to appoint Signature Comparison Committee for election and approve the appointment of Sandra F. Guilloroy as Election Judge for Precinct 208. 

8. Consider approval of Inter-Local Cooperation Agreement with the Tax Appraisal District of Bell County for use of the Bell County communications network, fiberoptic network, and network switches to transmit voice, data, and video among and between various County offices.
