Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 15, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 15, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 15, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of October 29 & November 8, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider final approval of the plat for McLean's Crossing, Phase VI, a
Five-Lot, 14.571 acre development off of F.M. 2670, in the E.T.J. of the
City of Killeen.
- Consider final approval of the plat for R.C. Hill Subdivision, a
One-Lot, 6.03 acre subdivision at the end of Orchard Lane.
Personnel.
Canvas results of November 2, 2004 General Election.
Consider approval of H.E.L.P. Centers applications for
United Way, Cities, and TERF funding.
Consider approval of sub-contracting agreement with
Family Promise, Inc. to provide services as a day center for homeless
families during the day while looking for work, housing, schools, etc.
Consider awarding bids on Bell County WCID #5 TCDP Water
Line Improvement Project.
