Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 22, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 22, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 22, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of November 15, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Indian Ridge at Messer Ranch, a
21-Lot, 37.053 Acre Development off of Paddy Hamilton Road.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for L.G.G. Subdivision, a 2-Lot,
25.428 Acre Development off of Bigham Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of
Temple.
- Consider setting date for the Public Hearing regarding the Vacation of
Krause Subdivision.
- Consider approving Variance to the Subdivision Regulations regarding the
division of 4.57 acres out of the J.N. Arocha Survey, Abstract 1, Bell
County by Mr. E.B. Henderson.
- Consider approval of a Memorandum of Understanding for the Regional ITS
Architecture and its deployment plan for the Waco Region.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat of Mill Creek Springs, Phase II,
Section 1, a One-Lot, 0.755 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the Village
of Salado.
Personnel.
Consider approval of Order calling for an election of
incorporation for the community of Stillhouse under the name of the
Village of Stillhouse.
Consider approval of allocation and distribution of
Child Safety Fees to Cities in Bell County based on 2003-2004
collections.
Consider notification of retirement of Don Svadlenak,
Pct 2 Justice of the Peace, effective at midnight on December 31, 2004.
