Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 29, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 29, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 29, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of November 22, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following traffic
control device:
(1) Installation of 35 M.P.H. speed limit on Glen Hollow Road.
- Consider approval of the Bell County Utility Installation Permit Form,
The Standard Specifications for Work in County Right of Way, and authorize
County Engineer to approve such Utility Installation Forms on behalf of
the Commissioners' Court, in accordance with the Standard Specifications.
Personnel.
Consider approval of acceptance of $ 20,000.00 grant
from the City of Killeen to Bell County Human Services to provide
assistance through the Family Support Services Program.
Consider award of bid for construction of Bell County
Museum addition and renovations.
Claims.
Executive Session pursuant to Government Code, Chapter
551, § 551.074 for personnel matters.
