Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 06, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 06, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on December 06, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of November 29, 2004.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider releasing maintenance Letter of Credit No. 409, First State Bank, in the amount of $1,000.00, for Mill Creek Springs Overlook.   
   
   
2. Consider final approval of S & M addition, a Three-Tract, 16.204 Acre Subdivision, being a Replat of a part of Block A, Stillhouse Hollow Estates, Section 1, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen. 
   
   
3. Consider accepting Letter of Credit No. 000469, First State Bank Central Texas, in the amount of $7,543.90, for maintenance of the improvements in Mill Creek Springs Phase IV. 
   
   
4. Consider awarding bid for the purchase of one, one-ton crew cab pickup and rebidding the purchase of three, one-ton regular cab pickups.
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider awarding of Bid #22-04 for one small passenger truck for Building and Grounds.

5. Consider awarding Bid #23-04 for two 3/4 ton pickup trucks - one for Building and Grounds and one for Road and Bridge. 

6. Claims.    

7. Executive Session pursuant to Government Code, Chapter 551, § 551.074 for personnel matters.

8. Consider making appointment effective January 1, 2005 to fill the unexpired term of Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, who has resigned effective December 31, 2004.
