Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 13, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 13, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 13, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of December 6, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider final approval of Kilpatrick Addition, Phase II, being a Replat
of Lot 42, Chaparral Estates, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen
- Consider final approval of S & M addition, a Three-Tract, 16.204
Acre Subdivision, being a Replat of a part of Block A, Stillhouse Hollow
Estates, Section 1, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen.
- Consider Rescinding the Court Action of July 6, 2004, regarding the
final approval of Hoelscher Estates, Phase II.
- Consider request to reduce the Performance Letter of Credit for Terra
Bella Subdivision from $200,000.00 to $75,000.00.
- Consider granting a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations for the
Division of 1.52 Acres out of the J.J. Teague Survey, Abstract No. 817,
for Dr. Stephen J. Vancura.
- Consider setting date for a Public Hearing on the Abandonment/Vacation
of a portion of Reese Creek Road.
- Consider final approval of the plat for Central Texas Christian School
Addition, a One-Lot, One-Block, 25 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the
City of Temple.
Personnel.
Consider approval of a Resolution in Support of the
establishment of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) in the City of
Belton under the Tax Increment Financing Act and appointment of two
members to its Board of Directors.
Consider approval of Resolution for Contract Amendment
for Bell County WCID #5 approved 2004 Texas Community Development Program
(TCDP) contract with the Office of Rural Affairs.
Claims.
At 1:30 p.m. hold Public Hearing regarding the
issuance of Italy Higher Education Facilities Corporation Education
Revenue Bonds (Central Texas Christian School Project) Series 2004.
Following 1:30 p.m. Public Hearing, consider adoption of
Order approving issuance of Italy Higher Education Facilities Corporation
Education Revenue Bonds (Central Texas Christian School Project) Series
2004.
