Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 20, 2004
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 20, 2004,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 20, 2004, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of December 13, 2004.
County Engineer.
- Consider final approval of S & M addition, a Three-Tract, 16.204
Acre Subdivision, being a Replat of a Part of Block A, Stillhouse Hollow
Estates, Section 1, in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen.
Personnel.
Consider Certificates of Appreciation for the service to
Bell County of Pct 2 Commissioner Leroy Schiller, Pct 2 Justice of the
Peace Donald Svadlenak, and Pct 2 Constable Coleman Benner.
Consider annual renewal of Interlocal Contract with the
Central Texas Council of Governments for PSAP Maintenance, Equipment
Upgrade, and Training.
Consider annual renewal of Interlocal Contract with the
Central Texas Council of Governments for Database Maintenance.
Consider approval of final budget amendments for FY 04
budget.
