Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 14, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 1:30 p.m., January 14, 2005, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 14, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of Agreement to Contribute Funds - Local Government between the Texas Department of Transportation and Bell County regarding acquiring a parcel of land for a highway project on Highway Number U.S. 190 from approximately 2.0 miles South of FM 436 to the Milam County Line, with Bell County's portion being approximately $4,000.00, with a budget amendment as appropriate.
