Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 22, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 22,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 22, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of February 14, 2005.
County Engineer
Personnel.
Consider approval of VALIC as an additional provider for
optional deferred compensation.
Canvas and approve results of the recount of the
municipal incorporation election of the Village of Stillhouse held on
February 5, 2005.
Consider authorization and approval of transfer of funds
from 4-H Youth Fund to Bell County EXPO Fund for storage facility adjacent
to EXPO facilities.
Consider approval of emergency purchase under Section
262.024(a) 1-3 of the Local Government Code or under an approved state
contract, such as HGAC, of a transportation van for Sheriff's office to
replace vehicle damaged in collision and the appropriate budget amendment,
if required.
