Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 28, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 28, 2005, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on February 28, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of February 22, 2005.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider approval of sale of flat car on Berger Road.
   
   
2. Consider final approval of Mill Creek Springs, Phase IV, Amended, being an Amended Plat of Lots 2-7, Block 7, Mill Creek Springs, Phase IV, in the E.T.J. of The Village of Salado.
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Public Hearing and consideration of approval of Resolution in support of the creation of a new District Court for Bell County.  

5. Consider approval under Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of the issuance of revenue bonds by the Capital Area Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation in the aggregate principal amount not in excess of $100,000,000.00 for the purpose of providing funds for projects of The Roman Catholic Diocese of Austin, some of which are in Bell County, in which Bell County shall have no responsibility or liability for the payment of the bonds, nor shall any of Bell County's assets be pledged for payment of the bonds, with the sole purpose of the approval being for interest on the bonds to be tax-exempt for federal income tax purposes under Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code.
