Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 21, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 21,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on March 21, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of March 14, 2005.
County Engineer
- Consider and discuss options regarding Reese Creek Road in Killeen.
- Consider approval of the Annual Seal Coat Program.
Personnel.
Consider approval of a Resolution authorized by Section
271.081 of Local Government Code to participate in cooperative purchasing
with Region VIII Education Service Center.
Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with Region
VIII Education Service Center to participate in cooperative purchasing.
Consider approval of Extension of Contract Between Bell
County HELP Center of Killeen and Central Texas Workforce Development
Board for staffing for 2-1-1 Information and Referral Call Center in
Belton.
