Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April 18, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April 18,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 18, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of April 11, 2005.
County Engineer.
Personnel.
Consider Resolution designating the Week of April 18-22,
2005 as National Volunteer Week in Bell County, Texas, recognizing 18
citizens for their selection into the Cooperative Extension Service Hall
of Fame, and acknowledging the value of volunteer services in Bell County
as being over $800,000.00 in the past year.
Consider approval of changes to the Bylaws of the Texas
Association of Counties Unemployment Compensation Group Account
Fund.
Consider approval of updated Participation Agreement for
Texas Association of Counties Unemployment Compensation Group Account
Fund.
Claims.
Executive Session under Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code regarding Personnel matters.
