Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 09, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 09,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 09, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of May 2, 2005.
County Engineer
Consider approval of 2005 Annual Work Plan.
Announce Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days
Consider authorizing County Judge to sign Discretionary Service
Agreement, in the amount of $19,706.00, with TXU Electric Delivery Company
for the relocation of electrical facilities on the Landfill Road Project
in Precinct #1.
Personnel.
Consider Proclamation setting May 13, 2005 as Operation
Iraqi Freedom II - Tribute to our Heroes Day.
Consider appointment of Justice of the Peace, Pct 2, Don
Engleking to the Bell County Bail Bond Board.
Consider ratification and approval of Sub-Depository
Contract between First National Bank of Holland and Bell County for the
period of January 4 through June 30, 2005.
