Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 18, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 18,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 18, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of July 12, 2005.
County Engineer
Conduct Public Hearing and consider the vacation/abandonment/closure
of Patterson Crossing Road.
Consider awarding bid for the purchase of an Edge Patcher.
Consider awarding bid for the purchase of two Chassis Tractor, 6x4.
Consider approval of the Final Plat for Renick Subdivision, a
Four-Lot, 4.989 Acres Subdivision fronting on Acres Road, in Precinct 3.
Consider authorizing County Judge to sign Quick Claim Deed for Temple
Academy Dragway.
Personnel.
Consider approval of audit report on proceeds of
Criminal Asset Forfeitures of Central Texas Narcotics Task Force.
Consider extending the Bell County Burn Ban.
Consider adopting the National Incident Management
System (NIMS).
Consider naming the Bell County Expo Center as the
Logistic Staging Area (LSA).
Consideration for approval of County's contribution rate
of employee health and dental benefits for 2005-2006 Fiscal Year.
