Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 26, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., September 26,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on September 26, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of September 12 and 19, 2005.

County Engineer

Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids
for approximately 1630 feet of Right of Way fencing on Berger Road.

Consider final approval of the Plat for Chick Subdivision,
Phase IV, a Four-Lot, 2.42 acre development off of West Amity Road in the
E.T.J. of the City of Belton.

Consider final approval of Leighty #2 Subdivision, a
Two-Lot,5.0 Acre Subdivision, being a replat of Leighty Subdivision, in the
E.T.J. of the City of Troy.

Personnel.

Consider Declaration of Local Disaster under Section 418.108
of the Texas Government Code, Texas Disaster Act, as of the Governor's
Disaster Declaration on September 20, 2005 and continuing, concerning
Hurricane Rita.

Consider approval of contract services with SBI Enteris for
setup of processes, systems, and management of Hurricane Katrina
evacuees.

Consider approval of contract services with SBI Enteris for
setup of processes, systems, and management of Hurricane Rita evacuees.

Consider report of Order of re-appointment of Auditor by
District Judges and receive report from District Judges of annual Order
certifying the FY 2005-2006 County Auditor's budget.

Receive report of Order from District Judges concerning
Court Reporter pay.

Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids
for "Transporting of Bodies for Autopsies."
