Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 24, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 24,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on October 24, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of October 17, 2005.

County Engineer
-
Consider Final Approval of Eagle Oaks at the Lake, Phase I,
Amending Replat, in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Haddon Hall-Texas, a
Three-Lot, 7.1327 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the Village of Salado.
-
Consider awarding bid for the construction of Right of Way
fencing on Berger Road.
-
Consider authorizing payment of $10,300.06 to Bartlett
Electric Cooperative, Inc., for the relocation of facilities on the Round
Hall Road Project, Precinct 1.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for the Woods at Cedar
Oaks, Section Two, a 45-Lot, 55.4 Acre Development off of Cedar Ridge Park
Road.

Consider Burn Ban - Order Restricting Outdoor Burning.

Consider approval of E-Filing for District Clerk's Office,
to include procedures, implementation agreements and other related matters.

Consider authorizing grant submission by the Local Emergency
Planning Committee (LEPC) to the Governor's Division of Emergency Management
for a FY 2006 Hazardous Materials Emergency Planning (HMEP) Planning Grant.

Consider authorizing County Judge to sign an agreement
between Bell County and Esesis Environmental Corporation for environmental
consulting services regarding asbestos, mold, and other environmental
matters.

Consider awarding bid for Transporting of Bodies for
Autopsies and First Call Services.

Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids
for vehicles for the Sheriff's Office, Building and Grounds, and Road and
Bridge Departments, specifically for eight patrol units and three program
units for the Sheriff's Office, two 3/4 ton pickups for Building and
Grounds, and three 1/2 ton, two 3/4 ton, and one 1-ton crew cab pickups for
Road and Bridge Department.
