Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October  31, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 31, 2005, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on October 31, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of October 24, 2005. 

2. County Engineer
   

1. Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids on prime oil. 

2. Consider Final Approval of Armstrong Acres, a 2.49 Acre Subdivision in the Brewster Creek Subdivision. 

3. Consider Final Approval of Getaway Addition, a 2.55 Acre Subdivision, in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.  

4. Consider rebid Item 25-05, Fencing on Dove Road and Brewster Creek Road. 
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Change Request for Killeen Annex Project Building Number 3. 

5. Claims. 

6. Executive Session under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to discuss Personnel Matters.
