Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November  14, 2005

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 14, 2005, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 14, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of November 7, 2005. 

2. County Engineer
   

1. Consider releasing Letters of Credit No. 1020 ($13,000.00) and No. 1021 ($2,000.00), First State Bank, Belton, for the maintenance of improvements in Indian Ridge at Messer Ranch Subdivision.  

3. Personnel.

4. Consider acceptance of Notice of Sub-Recipient Award for the Homeland Security Grant Program.
