Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 21, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 21,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 21, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of October 14, 2005.

County Engineer
-
Consider releasing Letters of Credit No. 469, First State
Bank Central Texas, in the amount of $7,543.90, for the maintenance of
improvements in Mill Creek Springs Phase IV.

Personnel.
-
Consider approval of increasing the Family Protection Fee
from $15.00 to $30.00 for 2006.
-
Consider awarding vehicle bids for:
-
Eight patrol cars for the Sheriff's Office.
-
Three program cars fro the Sheriff's Office.
-
One program car for Juvenile Probation.
-
Two 3/4 ton pickups for Building & Grounds.
-
Two 3/4 ton pickups for Road & Bridge.
-
Three 1/2 ton pickups for Road & Bridge.
-
One 1-ton pickup for Road & Bridge.
-
Consider annual renewal of Interlocal Agreement with City of
Temple for Temple to use the County's software and fiber optic network to
process and maintain records regarding early voting.
