Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 19, 2005
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 19,
2005,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 19, 2005, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of December 12, 2005.

County Engineer
-
Consider final approval of the plat for Mill Creek Springs
Phase VI, a replat of Tract B, Block 4, Mill Creek Springs Phase V, a
One-Lot, 0.782 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the Village of Salado.

Consider
preliminary approval of the plat for Northcliff Phase VIII, a 15-Lot, 9.784
Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.

Personnel.

Consider approval of Interlocal Assistance Agreement for
Regional Anti-Drug Enforcement Task Force by and between the Counties of
Bell, Milam, and Coryell, the cities of Temple, Killeen, Copperas Cove,
Gatesville, and Harker Heights.

Consider approval of renewal of lease between Bell County,
as Lessor, and the Central Texas Workforce Development Board, as Lessee, for
200 North Main Street in Belton, Texas.
