Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 03, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 03,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on January 03, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of December 19, 2005.

County Engineer

Personnel.

Consider extension of Burn Ban - Order Restricting Outdoor
Burning.

Consider approval of Resolution authorizing a Joint Contract
between the Bell County Democratic Party Chair, the Bell County Republican
Party Chair, and the Bell County Election Officer for the conduct and
supervision of the Bell County Joint Primary Election on March 7, 2006, and
the Bell County Joint Primary Runoff Election, if necessary, on April 11,
2006.

Consider approval for the Spacesaver Mobile Shelving Systems
from Southwest Solutions Group under the Texas State Contract for new
District Courts Building.

Consider approval of Furniture Systems from Perry Office
Plus under Texas State Contract for new District Courts Building.
