Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 06, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 06,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 06, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

approval of minutes of January 17, 23 & 30, 2006.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Dove's Landing, a
Three-Lot, 2.676 Acre Subdivision on Royal Street.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Schumacher
Subdivision, a Seven-Lot, 6.17 Acre Subdivision at the intersection of Water
Works Road and Denman's Mountain Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Chick Subdivision,
Phase V, a Two-Lot, 1.208 Acre Subdivision fronting on West Amity Road in
the E.T.J. of the City of Belton.

Consider Preliminary Approval of the Plat for Glen Haven
Subdivision, a Seventeen-Lot, 70.093 Acre Development off of Smith Dairy
Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of Belton.

Consider Preliminary Approval of the Plat for Chaparral West
Phase 4, a 51-Lot, 34.505 Acre Development in the E.T.J. of the City of
Killeen.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Sunset Vista
Subdivision Section Three, an Eight-Lot, 7.552 Acre Development off of Shaw
Road.

lifting of Burn Ban Order and Emergency Order Concerning Burning.
