Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 13, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 13,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 13, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of February 6, 2006.

County Engineer
-
Consider authorizing County Judge to sign a 20'
Utility Easement to the City of Temple for the relocation of a sewer line
across Lots 1, 2, 3, and 11, Block 24, of Temple, an Addition in the City of
Temple.

Consider awarding bids for the purchase of lime, cement,
concrete, asphalt, hot mix, cold mix, aggregate, and pit-run gravel.

Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Moffat Springs
Addition, Phase 5 & 6, consisting of 14-Lots on a total of 10.57 acres
in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.

Personnel.

Consider update, status, continuation, modification or
lifting of Burn Ban Order and Emergency Order Concerning Burning.

Consider approval of renewal of Annual Law Enforcement
Contract with the Corps of Engineers in which the Bell County Sheriff's
Office provides law enforcement services.

Consider results of attempt to sell lever voting machines
and consider approval of other disposition options.

Consider awarding bid for Professional Auctioneering
Services.

Consider awarding bid for installation and termination of
fiber at the Killeen Annex and the new District Courts Building.

Consider approval of Change Order #3 for Gene Doss
Construction, Inc. on Bell County Museum - Guffy Renovation Project.

Consider approval of Architect's Change Order #6 for Skanska
USA Building, Inc. for the new District Courts Building.
