Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 21, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 21, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on February 21, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of February 13, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

1. Conduct Public Hearing and consider Approval of the following Traffic Control Devices:
   
   1.  Install STOP sign on Grandview Drive at Blackberry Road. 
   2.  Install YIELD sign at the intersection of 436 Spur at Dice Grove Road.   

2. Consider Preliminary Approval of the Plat for Wells Ranch Phase 4, a 92-Lot, 92.695 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Copperas Cove. 

3. Personnel.

4. Consider update, status, continuation, modification or lifting of Burn Ban Order and Emergency Order Concerning Burning.      

5. Consider approval of appointment of Clara Sanchez of Belton and Tom Mills of Belton to the Bell County Child Welfare Board.   
   
   

6. Consider approval of appointment of Nicolas Serna to the CTCOG Criminal Justice Advisory Board as a Victim Services Representative.   

7. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between County of Bell, City of Killeen, and City of Temple for 2006 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award.  

8. Consider approval of Architect's Change Order #3 for Killeen Annex Project.
