Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
February 27, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 27,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 27, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of February 21, 2006.

County Engineer
-
Consider approval of the 2006 Annual Work Plan.

Consider acceptance of Letter of Credit No. 538 in the
amount of $12,500 from First State Bank Central Texas for the maintenance of
improvements in Mill Creek Springs Phase V.

Personnel.

Consider approval and reissuance of Burn Ban Order and
Emergency Order Concerning Burning.

Consider approval of submission of grant request for Victims
of Crime Act (VOCA) funding for FY 2006-2007 to continue existing grant
funding supporting Victim Witness coordinators in the District Attorney's
office.

Consider approval of renewal of contract with Health Care
Reimbursement Services (HCRS) for tracking and followup on SSI appellants
and assistance in obtaining reimbursements.

Consider approval of Agreement with Clearwater Underground
Water District for Bell County to provide election services.
