Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 06, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 06,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on March 06, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of February 24 (1:30 p.m.), 27 (9:00 a.m.), 27 (2:30
p.m.), March 2 (1:30 p.m.), 2006.

Consider approval of the Replat for River Ridge Ranch 1, a
replat of Lot 6A, a 1.396 Acre Subdivision off River Ranch Road.

Consider approval of the Plat for Ryan Addition, a 5.54
Acre, 15-Lot Subdivision off F.M. 439 Spur.

Personnel.

Consider update, status, continuation, modification or
lifting of Burn Ban Order and Emergency Order Concerning Burning.

Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids
for an ATM machine at the Temple Annex.

Consider approval of Architect's Change Order No. 7 for
Extension of Substantial Completion Date of District Courts Project to May
15, 2006.
