Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 27, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 27,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on March 27, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of March 21, 2006.

County Engineer
-
Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement for the sale of
cold mix to the City of Little River-Academy.

Consider approval of the 2006 Seal Coat Program.

Consider Preliminary Approval of the Plat for Walnut Creek
Phase 7, a 20-Lot, 41.36 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of
Killeen.

Personnel.

Consider approval Change Order #4 for Bell County Museum
Project for addition of Benches/Barriers for additional protection of glass
wall and for change to back door to allow fire personnel access.

Consider approval, following approval by the City of Temple
and Temple College, of Tax Abatement Agreement with LJT Texas Realty, Inc.,
as a part of the City of Temple Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number
One.
