Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
April  25, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., April  25, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  April  25, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of April 17, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

3. Personnel.

4. Introduction by the Bell County Cooperative Extension Office of volunteers inducted into the Bell County Cooperative Extension Volunteer Hall of Fame.           

5. Presentation by the Bell County Cooperative Extension Office of the annual Symbolic Check representing the hours and value of volunteer work by individuals supporting Extension Education and Outreach for Bell County. Groups represented will include Bell County Youth Fair Volunteers, Better Living for Texas Volunteers, 4-H Volunteers, Extension Education Club Volunteers, Pecan Growers Association Volunteers, Family and Consumer Science Education Volunteers, and Bell County Master Gardeners Association Volunteers.

6. Receive and accept canvass report from Bell County Democratic and Republic Parties for results of April 11, 2006 Primary Run-off. 

7. Consider annual review and approval of Bell County Investment Policy. 

8. Consider approval of contract with EZ Access for Bell County credit card services. 

9. Consider awarding bid for 2 (two) 3/4 ton pickups for Buildings and Grounds.
