Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 08, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May  08, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  May  08, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of May 1, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

3. Personnel.

4. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for requests for proposals for employee health and dental insurance.

5. Consider results of County Auction held April 22, 2006. 

6. Consider approval of the agreed termination of the Management Agreement with COPO, Inc. for the operation of the Bell County Juvenile Detention and Residential Facility with the operation to be assumed by Bell County.  

7. Claims.
