Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 05, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 05,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on June 05, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider
approval of minutes of May 30, 2006.

County Engineer
-
Personnel.

Consider approval of the appointment of Jay Walker of Union
State Bank in Killeen to the boards of the Bell County Housing Finance
Corporation and the Central Texas Housing Finance Corporation to succeed
John Agan, who has resigned due to his election to the Belton City Council.

In compliance with the requirements of Senate Bill 6 which
amended Chapter 48 of the Human Resource Code by adding Section 48.1521,
consider approval of the appointment of the initial standing members of an
Adult Protective Services Special Task Unit to monitor adult protective
services cases that arise in Bell County.

Consider authorizing County Judge to sign contract offering
to purchase the property located at 200 W. Avenue G in Temple, Bell County,
Texas, generally described as Temple Original, Block 57, Lt 3 & 4 St Adj
& one-half of Alley and Temple Original, Block 58, Lt 1, 2, 3, & 4
& Alley adj Par No. 5, and to sign any and all closing documents and
consider approval of budget amendment to fund the purchase upon
closing.

Consider approval of Addendum to Data Processing Agreement
with IHS (Indigent Health Care Solutions) adding Integrated Document Imaging
into the Indigent Health Care Application Software.
