Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 12, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 12, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  June 12, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of June 5, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

1. Consider canceling contract with G&K Services, for uniform rental, and utilizing the Buy-Board proposal. 

2. Consider acceptance of Right of Way Easement for the Cul-de-Sac on Iduma Trail. 

3. Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Northcliffe Phase VIII, a Fifteen-Lot, 9.784 Acre Development in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of Amendment to Statement of Work between Bell County and Lone Star Realty & Property Management, Inc. for management services in the termination of the Bell County Katrina Housing Program.

5. Claims.
