Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 26, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 26, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  June 26, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of June 12, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

1. Consider approval of the following Traffic Control Devices:
   
   1.  Install NO PARKING sign on Backstrom Crossing from F.M. 93 to the north side of Nolan Creek.
   
   2.  Install 30 MPH speed limit on Five Wells Road from 0.5 miles south of Wedel Cemetery Road to 0.8 miles south of Wedel Cemetery.  

2. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Troy for the priming and seal coating of City Streets.

3. Consider authorizing County Judge to sign plans for the installation of signals at the intersection of Roberts Road at the Union Pacific Railroad.

3. Personnel.

4. Receive report of the election of County Judge Jon Burrows as Second Vice President of the North & East Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association.

5. Consider approval of the award of Construction Contract on the 2004 Texas Community Development Program Grant for water plant improvements on behalf of Bell County WCID #5.

6. Claims.
