Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 3, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 3, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  July 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1.  Consider approval of minutes of June 26, 2006. 

2. County Engineer

1. Consider approval of the emergency action plans prepared for Elm Creek Sites 1, 2 & 10, and Nolan Creek Sites 1, 3, 5A & 12.
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of the Texas Homeland Security Regional Resource Response Plan for the Central Texas Region. 

5. Consider authorizing County Judge to enter into a contract extension with inmate telephone service provider. 

6. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for purchasing two (2) trailers. 

7. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for holding a county auction for surplus property.
