Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 31, 2006
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 31,
2006,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 31, 2006, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Moment
of Silence in memory of Eugene H. McKenzie, Bell County Justice of the
Peace, Precinct 3, Place 1, where he served for eighteen years, who died on
July 23, 2006.

Consider approval of minutes of July 24, 2006.

Consider Approval of Part 5 (Issue Regarding Existing
Platted Subdivisions) to the Bell County Subdivision Regulations.

Consider approval of collections contract with law firm of
Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP in Austin.

Consider awarding bid for one landscaping trailer for
Community Supervision & Corrections Department (CSCD).

& Bridge Department.
