Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 16, 2006

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., October 16, 2006, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on  October 16, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of minutes of October 10, 2006.   

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider releasing Letter of Credit Number 332, National Bank Copperas Cove, in the amount of $1,000 for improvements in Lee's Chaparral Acres.

2. Consider requesting that TxDOT add Bridge No. 67, Shallowford Road, to the 2008 SPP Off-System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program.

3. Personnel. 

4. Consider status of Burn Ban and approval of modification, termination or continuation.

5. Claims.
