Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 02, 2007
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 02,
2007,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on January 02, 2007, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Call to Order - County Judge Jon Burrows

Moment of Silence in memory of the passing of former
President Gerald R. Ford.

Prayer led by District Judge Rick Morris, 146th Judicial
District Court.

Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag and the State
of Texas Flag led by former County Commissioner, General Robert Shoemaker,
US Army, Retired.

Introduction of the Chief Justice of the Third Court of
Appeals, the Honorable Ken Law by Judge Burrows.

Swearing in of all elected, re-elected, and appointed
officials of Bell County, with Chief Justice Ken Law of the Third Court of
Appeals administering the Oaths of Office to:
